This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are processed and the terms of cancellation for pre-orders and subscriptions.

1. Refund Eligibility

Since Karma Max Pro is a digital product and license keys are delivered instantly upon payment verification, refunds are subject to the following rules:

• Subscriptions: Since Karma Max Pro is billed on a monthly subscription model ($1.50/month), you are eligible for a full refund on your initial payment within 7 days if you experience technical compatibility issues with the browser extension that our support team is unable to resolve.
• Duplicate / Erroneous Billing: If you are charged twice for a single billing cycle due to a transaction error, we will immediately refund the duplicate payment upon verification.

2. Ineligibility for Refunds

We cannot offer refunds in the following scenarios:

• If you change your mind after download or activation.
• If your Reddit account gets suspended or downvoted (Karma Max is an assistant; compliance with Reddit's content policy remains the user's responsibility).
• Requests made after the 7-day refund window has expired.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Include the subject line: Refund Request - [Your Order ID / Registered Email].
3. Provide a brief explanation of the issue you are facing (along with screenshots if it is a technical compatibility issue).

Our support team will review your request within 24 to 48 hours.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your refund is approved, it will be initiated automatically through our payment gateway:

• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Stripe, Razorpay, Paytm, Credit/Debit card, etc.) used during the purchase.
• Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account, credit card statement, or wallet balance. The exact timeline depends on your card issuer or banking institution.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please contact us at riteshchaurasiya86@gmail.com with your account details. Upon cancellation, your Pro subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
